BKSK Architects, NYC
A popular meeting place for children of NYC. The renovation includes a new accessible ramp, entry foyer, coat and stroller storage, shop and a new stairwell in a pre-existing courtyard. The ramp is designed as a metaphor for a bridge that gathers children from all 5 NYC buroughs. The bridge leads to the new foyer, an exciting theater set of a cityscape complete with catwalks and a glass building facade.
